IP-Immunoblot: Lysates from 293 cells expressing FLAG-tagged FAZF (FAZF/pCEPFLAG)- and pCEP-FLAG-transfected cells as mock controls were subjected to SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and probed with anti-FAZF, polyclonal (ABP-6211) (A) or anti-FLAG (B). (Dai et al., JBC 277:26327, 2002)
About FAZF
Immunofluorescence: FAZF associates with sites of DNA synthesis in human hematopoietic progenitors. The first two rows show representative CD34 cells (1 and 2) grown for 3 days in the presence of erythroid growth factors and stained with a nuclear marker (DAPI), anti-BrdUrd (BrdU), and anti-FAZF (ABP-6211). 1a, DAPI; 1b, anti-BrdUrd; 1c, anti-FAZF; 1d, merged image of anti-BrdUrd and anti-FAZF; 2a, DAPI; 2b, anti-BrdUrd; 2c, anti-FAZF; 2d, overlap of anti-BrdUrd and anti-FAZF; 3, cells stained with DAPI and preimmune rabbit serum; 4, cells stained with anti-BrdUrd and DAPI; 5, cells stained with anti-FAZF and DAPI.
