About TLR
Immunofluorescence:
Confocal expression in monocyte- macrophages. Day stained with (D) and anti- mAbs. Images (A) Close- macrophage nuclear TLR2 A488).
InfoSheet PDF
F l ow Cytometry:
Expression of TLR2 in human blood cell populations. Whole blood was doublestained with control mAbs (muIgG-A488 and muIgG1 -PE) or mAbs to TLR2 (TL2.1- A488) together with PE-conjugated anti-CD3 and CD14 mAbs and examined by flow cytometry. Contour plots shown are from one representative experiment repeated five times with different donors.
Immunoprecipitation:
IP of TLR2 from human monocytes and T-, B-, and NK cells. 35 S-labeled lysates from purified monocytes and T-, B-, and NK cells untreated (2) or incubated with PMA/ionomycin (1) for 16 h were immuno- precipitated with anti-TLR2 mAb (TL2.1), subjected to gel electrophoresis, and analyzed by autoradiography. Bands from the molecular weight marker (kDa) are indicated.
